Returns & Right of Withdrawal

STARINGSHOP offers a 14-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • in its original condition and packaging

  • with all tags and any hygiene seals intact

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • underwear or hygiene-sensitive items if the seal has been broken

  • custom-made or personalized items

  • gift cards

  • items that cannot be returned for health or safety reasons

Sale items are subject to the same return rights as regular-priced items, unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Returns must be approved before sending. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, STARINGSHOP will cover the return shipping

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • refunds are processed within 10 business days

Please note that banks or card issuers may take additional time to process the refund.

International Returns

For returns from outside Finland, shipping times may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
